No problem. Our Splash and Ripple packages don't require a website — we optimize your Google Business Profile and directory listings instead. Website design is on our Phase 2 roadmap and will be available soon. For now, we focus on getting you found on the platforms customers already use.

No. Tide includes a county-wide category exclusivity guarantee — while you're a Tide client, we won't take on a direct competitor in your trade within the county you're based in or operate out of.
Yes — a one-time $199 setup fee applies if you're billed month-to-month, covering account creation, profile optimization, and initial content setup during your first 2 weeks of onboarding. If you pay annually upfront, this fee is waived. Either way, every plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment before you can cancel, so the setup work is protected on both billing options.
